Job summary

Miral Experiences seeks a Chef de Partie to manage an outlet kitchen in a luxury environment on Yas Island, Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on food requisitions, scheduling, and cost control while upholding health and safety standards.

You will train and guide a team of chefs, ensure recipes and portions are accurate, and maintain a high level of service with a professional demeanor and strong collaboration with other departments.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in the same role or 3 years as Chef de Partie in a five-star hotel or similar.
• Professional kitchen apprenticeship or chefs training course.
• Good English skills both written and verbal.
• Interpersonal and collaborative skills.

Responsibilities

• Display a friendly, helpful attitude when engaging with guests and colleagues.
• Represent Miral Experiences professionally to maintain brand image.
• Manage kitchen operations for an assigned outlet including food requisitions and scheduling.
• Enforce health, safety and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
• Guide chefs on cooking techniques and ensure portions and presentation meet standards.
