Job summary

GSSTech Group in Dubai seeks a Senior Solution & Security Architect for banking initiatives. You will lead end-to-end enterprise architectures across Digital Products and Wealth Management, balancing security, scalability, and performance with regulatory alignment.

You will design cloud-native solutions, mentor junior architects, and collaborate with delivery, infrastructure, and security teams to deliver secure and resilient platforms in a fast-paced banking environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years designing enterprise-scale solutions and architectures.
• Experience with high-level design and end-to-end solution architectures.
• Expertise in backend, frontend, mobile, APIs, microservices, event-driven, containerized, and cloud-native architectures.
• Experience designing highly available, resilient systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect end-to-end enterprise solutions across Digital Products and Wealth Management platforms.
• Define and maintain architecture standards, reference architectures, and reusable blueprints.
• Deliver secure, scalable, resilient, cloud-native architecture designs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including delivery, engineering, infrastructure, security, and business stakeholders.
• Participate in architecture governance, peer reviews, and design workshops.
• Drive decisions across applications, APIs, events, and microservices ecosystems.
