Job summary

Emirates Group IT is seeking a Principal Solutions Architect – Customer Applications to shape the future of customer engagement across CRM, loyalty, marketing, and AI-powered solutions in Dubai. You will design, govern and drive the architecture for enterprise-scale initiatives, balancing business needs with service quality and platforms.

In this role you will lead cross-functional teams, set technical standards, evaluate new technologies, and ensure delivery aligns with Emirates’ IT strategy,

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent IT discipline.
• 8+ years of relevant architecture leadership experience.
• Experience with CRM, loyalty, marketing and AI-powered customer solutions is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of cloud and software architecture principles.
• AWS/Azure certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern new IT standards and practices across the enterprise.
• Scout market trends and lead PoCs to demonstrate business value.
• Lead solution architecture for new initiatives and vendor solutions.
• Provide guidance on architecture standards and exception requests.
• Lead development teams as a principal architect and drive cross-team alignment.
• Own architecture roadmap and manage technical enablers and debt.
