Job summary

Netaq LLC seeks a Service Delivery Head and Project Manager in Abu Dhabi, UAE to oversee pre-sales, team management and end‑to‑end software project delivery. You will manage proposals, KPIs, budgets, and collaboration across Sales, Marketing, and technical teams to drive client value.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in PM/SDH roles, strong leadership, and fluency in English and Arabic. This role requires on-site work in Abu Dhabi and deep knowledge of software development processes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in project management or service delivery leadership.
• Experience in UAE preferred.
• Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee software development services for new and support projects.
• Study tenders (RFP/RFQ/RFI) and prepare technical and commercial proposals.
• Perform pre-sales demos and activities.
• Identify customer requirements and maintain relationships with end-users and stakeholders.
• Lead project teams, monitor progress, manage budgets and KPIs.
• Coordinate with Sales & Marketing to target client segments and plans.
• Ensure delivery standards across initiation, planning, execution, and closure.
• Manage scope, schedule, cost, quality, resources and risks for software projects.
