Job summary
ACTION International Services LLC in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced Project Manager – Sheet Piling & Shoring to own specialist projects from mobilisation to handover, ensuring safe delivery, schedule, cost and commercial outcomes.
You will lead engineers and site teams, coordinate interfaces, manage contracts, and build strong client relationships while identifying cross-selling opportunities. UAE/GCC project experience is advantageous.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Civil/Geotechnical/Construction Engineering.
- 8–12+ years in construction/engineering with specialist sheet piling/shoring.
- Minimum 3 years end-to-end PM responsibility.
- Strong client-facing and commercial capability.
- Experience with contract administration and variations.
Responsibilities
- Lead sheet piling and shoring projects from mobilisation to close-out.
- Own programme, budget, revenue and margin.
- Direct engineers and site teams; coordinate interfaces.
- Manage contractual matters including variations and notices.
- Build client relationships and identify new opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with procedures and QHSE.
- Lead and coach project teams to deliver.
