Job summary

The Highfield Company is seeking a Construction Manager – Piling in Abu Dhabi to lead piling and foundation activities on large-scale projects. You will manage site teams, coordinate with engineers, and ensure safety, quality and schedule adherence.

Ideal candidates have 15+ years of construction experience, strong expertise in piling, shoring, diaphragm walls and ground engineering, and proficiency with Primavera P6, MS Project, AutoCAD, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of construction experience with a focus on piling and foundations.
• Senior-level leadership with proven managerial track record.
• Experience on major infrastructure or marine projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the construction and delivery of piling and foundation works.
• Lead site teams and subcontractors across complex ground engineering packages.
• Oversee piling, shoring and deep excavation works.
• Manage diaphragm walls, secant and contiguous pile walls.
• Oversee ground anchors, soil nailing and ground improvement works.
• Coordinate construction activities with engineering, project management and other site disciplines.
• Monitor programme, quality, resources and productivity.
• Ensure works are delivered in accordance with project specifications, safety requirements and relevant standards.
• Manage construction planning and sequencing to ensure efficient delivery.
• Work closely with project stakeholders to resolve technical and construction issues.
