The successful candidate will lead design, deployment and continuous improvement efforts, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure system reliability and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Essential education: B-degree in HR/IT/Business Analysis.
• Essential minimum experience: 5 years in SuccessFactors system development.
• Desired experience: Previous system experience.
• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, HRIS and related tools is required.
