Job summary

Sight Spectrum seeks an experienced Lead Salesforce Consultant to drive end-to-end CRM implementations in Abu Dhabi. You will own design, development, data migration, and strict adherence to UAE/NESA compliance while coordinating cross-functional teams.

In this hybrid role, you’ll engage C-level stakeholders, architect scalable Salesforce solutions, and mentor developers to accelerate adoption and governance across complex enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Salesforce CRM implementation and delivery experience.
• Experience with design, architecture, data migration, and governance for enterprise Salesforce projects.
• Proven ability to lead client-facing engagements and translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end enterprise Salesforce projects from discovery to deployment and support.
• Architect and deliver Salesforce solutions using Apex, REST/SOAP APIs, and complex integrations.
• Develop advanced Flows and automation, configure Pardot, and manage Einstein Capture.
• Oversee data modeling, external IDs, upserts, migration, and deduplication with compliance.
• Partner with executives and stakeholders to drive CRM adoption and governance.
• Coordinate teams, manage risks, and ensure delivery in an Agile framework.
• Drive user training and continuous platform optimization.
