Job summary

Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of experience in road and infrastructure planning
- Strong AutoCAD and Civil 3D proficiency
- Experience with GIS platforms and traffic engineering principles
Responsibilities
- Lead planning activities for road and infrastructure projects from initial concept through design and implementation.
- Develop planning strategies aligned with client requirements, technical priorities and overall project objectives.
- Conduct site assessments, feasibility studies and relevant traffic analysis to support planning decisions.
- Review road layouts and design information for constructability and compliance.
- Prepare and assess technical specifications and planning deliverables.
- Coordinate planning activities across civil, transportation and utilities disciplines.
