ADNOC in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to lead the Residue Conversion Team within the Process Engineering Department, ensuring alignment with ADNOC Refining strategies and goals. You will coordinate with TA levels, delegate work, and provide high‑level technical guidance.

You will interface with OEMs, vendors and licensors, drive safe, reliable operations, and support long‑term asset development, minor and major projects, while maintaining HSE standards and optimizing unit

Formación

• Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
• 10 years’ experience in Refinery plant operations & Technical services function including 8+ years in RFCC, DCU & ARDS is desired.

Responsabilidades

• Directs, supervises and controls activities of assigned personnel including allocating work and determining priorities.
• Plans, manages and coordinates team functions and assigned units’ operations with other support functions using technical, managerial and problem-solving skills.
• Ensures safe, reliable and efficient operations at optimum cost with a highly motivated and competent team.
• Provides technical leadership and support for Residue Conversion units and interfaces with Process Licensors.
• Leads investigations and studies to identify root causes and recommend remedial actions.
• Reviews data sheets, PFD/ID, HAZOP during Pre-FEED, FEED, and EPC stages of projects.
