Job summary

ABU DHABI NATIONAL OIL COMPANY (ADNOC) is recruiting a Residue Conversion Team Lead within the Process Engineering Department in Abu Dhabi. You will coordinate the Residue Conversion Team, provide high-level technical guidance, and liaise with external agencies to resolve complex issues while driving safe and profitable operations.

The role emphasizes leadership, problem solving, and collaboration across disciplines to support ongoing asset development and reliability initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
• 10 years’ experience in refinery operations and technical services, including RFCC/DCU/ARDS.

Responsibilities

• Directs and supervises assigned personnel and prioritizes work.
• Provides high-level technical guidance to Technical Authorities.
• Interfaces with OEMs, vendors and licensors to resolve issues.
• Leads investigations and studies to identify root causes and remedial actions.
• Ensures safe, reliable, efficient operations and adherence to standards.
• Supports long-term improvement plans and capital projects.
