Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant engineering discipline.
• Extensive experience in Resident Engineer, Senior Resident Engineer or construction supervision leadership positions.
• Proven track record delivering major, technically complex projects with significant construction values.
• Experience managing large multidisciplinary site teams and multiple construction packages.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, contract administration and technical coordination.
• Previous experience working with leading international engineering or multidisciplinary consultancies.
• Strong client-facing, stakeholder management & leadership skills.
• Experience working on major projects in the UAE or wider GCC would be advantageous.
• Arabic language skills would be an advantage but are not essential.

Location: Dubai, UAE

Salary: Up to AED 65,000 per month

We are working with a leading international consultancy looking to appoint an experienced Lead Resident Engineer to oversee the construction delivery of a major, technically complex project in Dubai.

This is a senior leadership position requiring someone with extensive experience managing large-scale construction projects, leading multidisciplinary site teams and coordinating with contractors, consultants and key stakeholders.
