Job Description

We are looking for an experiencedResident Engineerto oversee construction supervision and site operations for major high-rise luxury and large-scale developments in the UAE.

The ideal candidate must have strongconsultancy-side experience with a minimum of5 years specifically working as a Resident Engineer and proven experience onEmaar projects.

• Strong experience inhigh-rise luxury mixed-use and large-scale developments.
• Experience working on a wide range of construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction supervision quality control and project specifications.
• Good understanding of UAE construction standards regulations and authority requirements.
• Experience coordinating with clients consultants contractors and subcontractors.
• Strong knowledge of technical submissions shop drawings material approvals and method statements.
• Ability to monitor project progress quality and compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
