Qualifications

• 8 to 10 years of experience in infrastructure or construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of pre-contract and post-contract administration.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings and contract documents.
• Good communication skills for coordination with stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Familiarity with UAE approval standards is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Measure quantities and prepare cost estimates based on drawings and specifications.
• Manage Bills of Quantities and ensure accuracy in pricing and valuation.
• Handle post-contract activities including interim payments and final accounts.
• Review and manage variations, claims, and contractual correspondence.
• Provide advice on contractual and commercial matters throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor contractor performance and validate resource allocation.
• Audit contractor payments and ensure accuracy of submitted valuations.
• Track work progress and maintain detailed measurement records.
• Prepare variation orders and day-work calculations.
• Monitor project costs against budget and forecast final project value.
• Maintain financial records and prepare monthly financial reports.
• Negotiate and support settlement of claims and disputes.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure smooth commercial operations.
