Artelia is seeking an experienced QA/QC Engineer to oversee the Quality Management System on the project in the United Arab Emirates. You will plan, prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation, ensure contract conformance, and coordinate with Project leadership and subcontractors.

Your role involves reviewing drawings, drafting procedures, and leading audits to ensure quality and compliance with ISO 9001 standards. Strong English skills and consultants experience are preferred.

Competenze

• Qualified Engineer with BSc Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 5-8 years overall construction experience; airport experience a plus.
• IRCA Lead Auditor certification in Quality Management Systems.
• Auditor training ISO 9001:2008/2015.
• Previous consultant experience advantageous.
• Strong communication skills and English proficiency.
• Proficiency in MS Office and QA/QC/document control platforms; ability to use dashboards and AI-assisted tools.

Mansioni

• Prepare Quality Procedures and Plans.
• Coordinate and support review of as-built and shop drawings.
• Ensure proper implementation of ISO 9001-based Quality Management System procedures.
• Verify compliance with contract requirements for all works.
• Coordinate QA/QC issues to facilitate method statements, inspection and test plans.
• Monitor the QA/QC management system and propose improvements.
• Review project specifications for consistency with drawings and codes.
• Assess risks and mandate corrective actions and audits.
• Site supervision: record non-conformities and guide Subcontractors.
• Review contractor deliverables and close NCRs.
• Prepare inspection and test plans with Senior QA/QC Engineer and Project QA/QC Manager.
• Coordinate QA/QC activities with Site QA/QC Manager.
• Report issues and propose mitigation plans.
