Job summary

Stantec is seeking a QA/QC Engineer to join our site team on a construction supervision project in Ras Al Khaimah. The role requires extensive QA/QC leadership, vast knowledge of UAE infrastructure, and coordination with supervision consultants.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, 10+ years of QA/QC experience, and certifications in quality management and auditing. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Professional certifications in quality management and auditing preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of QA/QC experience, preferably in utilities and infrastructure projects.
• Must have experience working with supervision consultants and full knowledge of UAE infrastructure networks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor and report on quality performance metrics to management.
• Lead quality inspections and ISO audits for projects.
• Review and approve contractors QA/QC procedures, ITPs, and method statements.
