Job summary

Universal Talent Hub is seeking an experienced Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) engineering proposal lead in Abu Dhabi. You will head technical and commercial proposal development for E&I projects, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness, and translate complex client requirements into robust E&I designs and solutions.

Collaborating with sales, project management and engineering teams, you will define scope, strategy and win themes, and develop detailed E&I cost estimations to support proposal

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• PE license or equivalent international certification.
• 8-10 years in E&I engineering with 3-5 years in proposal development.
• Proven track record developing winning EPC proposals in Oil & Gas, Power Gen, or Petrochemicals.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent international certification.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in E&I engineering, with at least 3-5 years in proposal development.
• Proven track record in developing winning proposals for major EPC projects within the Oil & Gas, Power Generation, or Petrochemical industries.
