Job summary

LanceSoft Middle East seeks a Project Director to lead the integrated delivery of a major infrastructure programme in the UAE. The role requires 20+ years of infrastructure experience and a proven track record across design to construction within UAE/GCC contexts.

The candidate will oversee programme controls, risk and interface management, directing designers, supervision consultants and contractors to achieve critical milestones. 12-month duration in a senior PMO capacity.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of infrastructure experience.
• Proven leadership of major, multidisciplinary infrastructure programmes from design through construction.
• Strong UAE/GCC government or semi-government infrastructure experience.
• Background as a Programme Director / Project Director / Senior Project Manager within a PMC, consultancy or major contractor.
• Experience across transport, roads, utilities or municipal infrastructure.
• Strong programme-level control of scope, cost, schedule, quality, risk and interfaces.
• Experience managing Designer, Supervision Consultant and Contractor performance.
• Ownership of Programme Management Plans, baselines and Integrated Master Schedules.
• Strong expertise in programme controls, cost management, change management, and risk management.
• Ability to drive timely decisions and resolve critical delivery issues.
• Proven leadership of large multidisciplinary teams and multiple consultant/contractor interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Lead the integrated delivery of a major infrastructure programme.
• Provide senior programme direction across design, construction and commissioning.
• Manage cross-functional interfaces between designers, supervision consultants and contractors.
• Maintain robust programme controls, baselines and master schedules.
