Job summary

LanceSoft Middle East is seeking a Programme / Project Director to provide executive accountability for the UAE Gov. Client PMC framework, translating client objectives into an integrated delivery mandate across scope, cost, schedule, quality and risk.

The role requires establishing programme frameworks, leading major infrastructure delivery, and ensuring governance and approvals within UAE/GCC government processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of experience establishing programme or major project frameworks.
• Infrastructure experience across full delivery lifecycle.
• UAE/GCC major-project delivery and government governance experience.
• PMP, MSP or Chartered status advantageous.

We have a new opportunity for "Programme / Project Director" with our client.

Job Title: Programme / Project Director

Duration: 12 Month

ROLE PURPOSE

Provides the single point of executive accountability for the UAE Gov. Client PMC framework, translating client objectives into an integrated delivery mandate across scope, cost, schedule, quality and risk. Acts as the primary senior interface with UAE Gov.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Academic qualification: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline; post-graduate qualification advantageous.
• Minimum experience: Minimum 15 years of experience, including establishing programme or major project frameworks from early definition through mobilisation.
• Infrastructure experience: Proven direction of major infrastructure projects across full delivery lifecycle.
• UAE / GCC experience: UAE/GCC major-project delivery and government governance experience expected.
• Certifications: Not mandatory; PMP, MSP or Chartered status advantageous.
