Job summary

LanceSoft Middle East seeks an accomplished Lead Project Manager for an initial 12-month engagement in Abu Dhabi to drive a major infrastructure programme.

You will own the programme baselines, manage multi‑disciplinary interfaces with ICC, Designer, Supervision and Contractor teams, and lead schedule and cost control to ensure delivery success.

Experience in UAE/GCC public infrastructure delivery and leadership of large teams across design, supervision and construction is required.

Qualifications

Duration: 12 Months

CORE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Lead integrated delivery of a major infrastructure programme
• Manage ICC, Designer, Supervision and Contractor performance
• Own Programme Management Plan and delivery baselines
• Drive Integrated Master Schedule and cost control

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Typical background: Senior programme/project director from a PMC, consultancy or major contractor.
• Relevant sectors: Transport, roads, utilities, and municipal infrastructure.
• Infrastructure: Led integrated delivery across design, supervision and construction.
• Government experience: Delivered for government or semi-government infrastructure clients.
• Programme delivery: Owned baselines, master schedules and performance controls at programme level.
• Leadership level: Directs multidisciplinary teams and manages multiple consultant interfaces.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Infrastructure experience: Proven leadership of large, multidisciplinary infrastructure programmes end-to-end.
• UAE / GCC experience: Significant UAE/GCC delivery track record within government-funded infrastructure.
• Certifications: Not mandatory; PMP, MRICS or Chartered Engineer and programme-management credentials advantageous.
