Job summary

D4Insight in Abu Dhabi seeks a Product Owner to own and prioritize the Integration Platform roadmap, driving API, event-driven, messaging, and microservices-based capabilities to support Core Banking modernization.

You will define user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery priorities, ensuring scalable, secure solutions aligned with enterprise architecture while collaborating with business, architecture, and engineering teams and managing stakeholders and risks.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in banking technology, integration, or digital transformation.
• Strong knowledge of Core Banking platforms.
• Experience with API Management, Microservices, Kafka, Cloud Platforms, and Integration Middleware.

• Own and prioritize the Integration Platform product backlog and roadmap.
• Drive API, event-driven, messaging, and microservices-based integration patterns.
• Collaborate with business, architecture, engineering, and vendor teams.
• Support Core Banking modernization, coexistence, and migration initiatives.
• Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery priorities.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, resilient, and aligned with enterprise architecture.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, dependencies, risks, and delivery milestones.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in banking technology, integration, or digital transformation.
• Strong understanding of Core Banking platforms.
• Experience with API Management, Microservices, Kafka, Cloud Platforms, and Integration Middleware.
• Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and modern integration patterns.
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or OCI.
• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Solution Lead, Integration Lead, or similar role.
• Strong Agile delivery and stakeholder/vendor management skills.
