Job summary

Fanatics Momentum in the UAE is seeking a Lead Product Manager, Fan Ecosystem to own the fan-facing experiences that surround our core gaming verticals. You will shape the proposition, roadmap and customer journeys across fan engagement.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in product management, experience in sports, media, gaming or loyalty, and a proven track record of building consumer digital products from ambiguity to delivery. This role reports to the Fan Ecosystem leadership in Momentum.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Product Management experience building consumer digital products.
• Experience in sports, media, gaming, loyalty, marketplaces, or fan engagement.
• Ability to start from ambiguity and build end-to-end products.
• Experience owning substantial product areas and delivering.
• Skilled in turning strategy into delivery using customer research and data.
• Proven ability to craft engagement and retention loops.
• Experience working across shared platforms and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Comfort with fast iteration and measuring impact.
• Experience leveraging AI to accelerate research and prototyping.
• Respect for customer trust, consent, governance, and regulatory boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Own Fan Ecosystem strategy and roadmap.
• Define priority problems and use cases.
• Oversee fan engagement including free-to-play, commerce, content, and live moments.
• Lead predictions, challenges, missions and rewards.
• Understand fan preferences and cross-product discovery.
• Drive progression into deeper FanMo relationships.
• Make build/partner/reuse decisions including Fanatics capabilities.
• Work with multiple teams to design customer journeys.
• Measure success by engagement, retention, LTV, and acquisition efficiency.
• Collaborate with Sportsbook, Customer Platform, Design, Engineering, Marketing, CRM, Commercial, Research and Analytics.
