Job summary

Fanatics Momentum is building the UAE’s leading regulated gaming operator with a UAE-based Fan Ecosystem initiative. As Lead Product Manager, Fan Ecosystem, you will shape fan-facing experiences that connect sportsbook, casino, lottery and content to deepen engagement and lifetime value.

You will work with Product, Design, Engineering, Marketing, Commercial, Data and Analytics to define strategy, roadmaps and measurable fan journeys, balancing speed with responsible gaming and regulatory

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Product Management experience.
• Experience in sports, media, gaming, loyalty, marketplaces, entertainment, subscriptions or fan engagement.
• Experience building from ambiguous starting points.
• Experience owning substantial product areas end to end.
• Experience combining strategy with delivery.
• Experience using customer research and behavioural data.
• Experience building engagement and retention loops.
• Experience working across shared platforms.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders.
• Experience shipping and iterating at pace.
• Strong product craft across strategy, discovery, analytics, growth, consumer UX, prioritisation and commercial thinking.
• Experience leveraging AI to accelerate research, prototyping, analysis, hypothesis generation and experimentation.
• Experience building with customer trust, consent, responsible gaming and regulatory boundaries in mind.

Responsibilities

• Own Fan Ecosystem strategy and roadmap.
• Define priority customer problems and use cases.
• Oversee free-to-play, commerce, sports content and live moments.
• Drive predictions, challenges, missions and rewards.
• Understand fan preferences and cross-product discovery.
• Progress toward deeper fan relationships.
• Build / partner / reuse decisions, including Fanatics capabilities.
• Exploration, experimentation and delivery.
• Collaborate across Sportsbook, Lottery, Casino and Customer Platform to map customer flows.
• Measure success by engagement, retention, understanding, breadth, lifetime value and acquisition efficiency.
