Job summary

Fanatics Momentum in the UAE is building a new Sportsbook, Lottery and Fan Ecosystem business. As Senior Director - Customer Platform, you’ll own the shared customer capabilities that connect these experiences into one relationship, defining platform strategy and building the team.

You’ll collaborate with Technology, Compliance, Operations, Data and Product to shape the customer journey, scale the business regionally and internationally, balancing speed with long-term platform health.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of Product experience and leadership across complex consumer platforms
• Background in fintech, banking, wallets, payments, marketplaces, or regulated B2C products
• Experience owning multiple platform domains and setting strategy
• Experience building and leading Product teams in fast-moving environments
• Experience balancing customer conversion with trust and regulatory requirements
• Strong craft in product strategy, platform thinking, customer journeys, data and leadership
• Experience leveraging AI to improve team effectiveness and personalization

Responsibilities

• Own Customer Platform strategy and roadmap across Sportsbook, Lottery and Fan Ecosystem
• Lead product teams within the UAE Platform organization
• Oversee identity, registration, KYC, wallets, payments and CRM
• Drive loyalty, personalization and cross-product journeys
• Partner across Product, Technology, Compliance, Operations, Data and Marketing
