Job summary

Wtsenergy is seeking a Lead Process Engineer to oversee process engineering across projects, guiding a team and representing the company with clients and vendors. The role emphasizes delivering compliant, high-quality process deliverables and driving improvements across the project lifecycle.

You will lead design from concept to detailed engineering, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure safety and quality standards are met while maintaining project timelines and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• 15+ years experience in process engineering or proposals engineering in oil & gas.
• Strong expertise in upstream oilfield processing, separation and treatment (onshore and offshore).
• Classleading knowledge in gas treatment and processing.
• Experience with Early Production Facilities and modular process equipment packages.
• Proven ability to lead process designs from concept through detailed engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead process engineering scopes on assigned projects and act as technical focal point.
• Mentor and review work of process engineers to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Drive conceptual design development aligned with client specifications and objectives.
