Job summary

John Wood Group PLC in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Process Design Engineer to provide technical expertise in process design within oil and gas projects. You will ensure compliance with ADNOC codes and standards, and coordinate with the EPC contractor to meet project expectations and schedules.

As part of the IPMT team, you will review deliverables for quality and integrity, resolving technical issues with discipline engineers and consultants to ensure safe, reliable operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in process design and engineering within oil and gas projects.
• Familiar with ADNOC codes and standards.
• Ability to coordinate with EPC contractors and discipline engineers.

• Provide technical expertise in all Process design
• Ensure design and engineering compliance with relevant codes and ADNOC standards
• Coordinate, Monitor and handle Process design and engineering with EPC Contractor as per project expectation and complete the same within the time frame
• Work with other discipline engineers within IPMT, EPC Contractor, ADNOC Engineering / Operation / Site Interface to resolve technical issues and ensure quality Discipline Engineering execution and integrity etc.
• Perform regular and timely technical reviews of Process Engineering deliverables developed by engineering consultants/contractors, ensuring design quality in compliance with relevant codes, standards, and best practices.
