Job summary

TalentBridge Dubai is seeking a Plumbing Engineer (MEP) based in the UAE to oversee the full project lifecycle from design and planning to execution and site supervision. The ideal candidate has completed full-cycle MEP/EPC projects and can manage multiple sites, consultant coordination, and contractor teams in a client-facing role requiring leadership and operational control.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years UAE-based experience in MEP/EPC projects.
• Experience completing at least one full project cycle (min 2 years).
• Must possess a UAE valid driving license and hands-on procurement/site execution experience.
• PMP Certification is an advantage.
• Based in UAE with stable career history.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, scope, and specifications for assigned MEP projects.
• Oversee project planning, procurement, and execution across sites.
• Review drawings and ensure timelines, budgets, and quality.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Supervise deployment of labour and site supervisors across up to 7 projects.
• Maintain documentation for materials, approvals, and contractor performance.
• Use AutoCAD for design markups, schematics, and as-built docs.
• Monitor costs, risks, and performance; flag delays or overruns.
• Interpret contracts and support legal/commercial teams on compliance.
• Ensure health and safety standards at all sites.
