Job summary

talentbridgedubai seeks an Electrical Engineer (MEP) in Dubai to oversee full project lifecycles from design to site supervision. The ideal candidate will manage multiple sites, coordinate with consultants and contractors, and bring strong leadership and technical depth to a client-facing role.

The candidate should have at least 5 years of UAE-based MEP/EPC experience, a degree in Electrical Engineering, and proficiency in AutoCAD. PMP is a plus; UAE driving license is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering required.
• Minimum 5 years UAE-based experience in MEP/EPC.
• Experience completing at least one full project cycle (2+ years).
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and project design tools.
• Knowledge of contract interpretation and BOQs.
• UAE driving license required; PMP is an advantage.
• Based in UAE with stable career history.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, scope, and specs for assigned MEP projects.
• Oversee project planning, procurement, and execution across sites.
• Review drawings to meet timelines, budgets, and quality.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Supervise labor and site supervisors across up to 7 projects.
• Maintain documentation on materials, approvals, contractor performance.
• Use AutoCAD for design markups and as-built documentation.
• Monitor project costs, risks, and delays; flag cost overruns.
• Interpret contracts; support legal/commercial on compliance.
• Ensure health and safety standards at all sites.
