Job summary

First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) is seeking a senior Platform Architect to lead engineering, architecture, and run-state ownership for the bank's enterprise AI & Agentic Platform. You will oversee multi-layer architecture, model gateways, and integration fabric in a two-in-a-box model with the Platform Product Owner.

The role demands hands-on depth in distributed systems, LLM infrastructure, identity and security, and cloud-native platform engineering across Azure and AWS.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in agentic AI architecture and multi-protocol stacks.
• Hands-on engineering depth across distributed systems and LLM infrastructure.
• Strong governance, security, and IAM capabilities in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical architecture of the AI & Agentic Platform five-layer stack.
• Architect and evolve agentic runtime to multi-protocol interoperability with hyperscaler fabrics.
• Design the platform's kernel, memory, and execution chains with lifecycle management.
• Lead integrations with core banking, data platforms, and API ecosystems.
• Ensure SRE, observability, cost governance, and regulatory alignment.
