Job summary

UMO in Dubai is seeking a Senior AI Engineering Leader to shape a platform that scales AI across fintech workflows. You will own the core technical design of the AI ecosystem and mentor the AI engineering squad, delivering robust, production-grade architectures with strong autonomy.

You’ll drive end-to-end ownership, integrate LLMs with transactional systems, and build deterministic agentic frameworks while maintaining security and compliance in regulated environments.

Qualifications

• Senior engineer with 5+ years leading AI/ML teams.
• Deep architectural background in production-grade ML/AI systems.
• Fluent English and strong cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own outcomes end-to-end, shipping features to production.
• Mentor AI engineering squad and lead code reviews.
• Design blueprints for unified intelligence layer with LLMs and retrieval.
• Deploy production ML models and monitor performance and costs.
