ADNOC Logistics & Services in Abu Dhabi seeks a Base Manager for the Oil Spill & HNS Response Base. Lead and supervise all Operations, Safety, Logistics and Maintenance to ensure readiness and high performance of the response team.
You will coach and develop Officers, manage base plans and trainings, supervise procurement and incident response, and maintain 24/7 on-call capability with strong safety and environmental standards.
Competenze
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in relevant field or equivalent experience.
- 6 years of experience in Oil Spill & HNS Response field.
- OPRC OSR Level 3 or IMO (level 3).
- ICS 100, 200 & 300.
- HNS Operational Level.
- STCW.
- T-BOSIET.
- NEBOSH IGC/IOSH Managing Safely or Equivalent.
- Boat Operators Commercial License is preferred.
Mansioni
- Lead and supervise all Operations, Safety, Logistics and Maintenance activities to ensure readiness and safety.
- Ensure base and operational activities follow ADNOC 100% HSE culture and standards.
- Represent the Base Manager as required and instruct other team functions.
- Coach and develop Oil Spill & HNS Officers and Responders with Training team.
- Oversee incident response planning, drills and handover processes.
