Job summary

ADNOC Logistics & Services in Abu Dhabi seeks an Engineer, Contracts (OS & HNS) to manage commercial contracts within the Oil Spill & HNS response domain. You will bridge law, commerce, and operations in a world-class maritime logistics environment.

This role requires deep knowledge of contract standards, risk assessment, and emergency response coordination, with certification requirements in OPRC OSR Level 3 or IMO Level 3. Offering international exposure and a competitive remuneration package.

Qualifications

• HND, Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 6 years of experience in commercial contracts development in Oil Spill & HNS Response.
• Good knowledge of contract laws and industry best practices.
• Experience in marine pollution claims and compensation procedures.
• Professional certifications: OPRC OSR Level 3 or IMO level 3; ICS 100, 200 & 300.

Responsibilities

• Assess business opportunities and perform risk analyses to support profitable decisions.
• Review scopes of work and draft contractual terms to protect the company.
• Oversee tender documents and bids to ensure compliant contracts.
• Create/update contracts in SAP Fiori ensuring smooth sales orders and invoicing.
• Remain on duty roster to respond to oil spill or HNS emergencies.
• Lead bid reviews, negotiate terms, and manage contract awards.
• Collaborate with technical, financial, and legal teams to prepare bids.
