Job summary

Fundamental Hospitality in Dubai seeks an experienced Head Waiter to lead the service team at a high-end nightlife venue. You will drive guest satisfaction, supervise floor service, and uphold elevated standards across the dining experience.

Applicants should have prior Head Waiter or senior waiter experience in luxury hospitality, strong F&B knowledge, and excellent communication skills. Evening and weekend flexibility is required, with visa and health insurance benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Experience as Head Waiter, Senior Waiter or similar in luxury hospitality or nightlife.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service and guest experience.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a service team in a fast-paced venue.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the service team on shift to ensure smooth operations.
• Oversee service for an assigned section and maintain high standards.
• Welcome guests and create a warm, memorable experience.
• Coordinate with Management and Reception for guest flow and table management.
• Ensure service standards, procedures and presentation are followed.
• Anticipate guest needs and handle requests with discretion.
• Assist training and development of Waiters and service staff.
• Maintain knowledge of menu, beverages and promotions.
• Help maintain energy and service standards throughout the evening.
