Job summary

Fundamental Hospitality in Dubai is seeking an experienced Head Waiter to lead the service team in a high-end nightlife restaurant. You will oversee guest flow, maintain elevated service standards, and ensure consistency across the dining floor.

The role requires strong knowledge of food and beverage service, excellence in communication, and a guest-focused, polished presence. You’ll work evenings, weekends, and public holidays, with visa and medical insurance provided.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Head Waiter or similar in a high-end restaurant, luxury hospitality, or nightlife environment.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service and guest experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the service team throughout the shift, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
• Oversee the service of an assigned section and ensure consistently high standards.
• Welcome and engage with guests, creating a warm and memorable experience.
• Coordinate closely with Management and Reception to ensure smooth guest flow and table management.
• Ensure all service standards and presentation guidelines are followed.
• Anticipate guest needs and handle requests with professionalism and discretion.
• Support training and development of Waiters and other team members.
• Maintain knowledge of the menu, beverages, and current promotions.
• Assist management with maintaining energy and service standards throughout the evening.
