Job summary

Cracknell Landscape Design LLC in Dubai seeks an experienced BIM Manager with at least 10 years post-qualification to drive and maintain our BIM process within a dynamic landscape architecture studio in Dubai's creative quarter d3.

Under the supervision of the Associate - BIM Manager, you will lead BIM workflow, QA/QC, coordinate with design and engineering teams, mentor juniors and ensure on-time delivery of BIM packages.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in BIM with at least 3 years as BIM Manager.
• Strong English communication and team leadership.
• Experience with ISO 19650 BIM standards is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate BIM logistics and data exchange across teams.
• Lead production, coordination and delivery of BIM requirements.
• Review BIM deliverables and ensure QA/QC compliance.
• Mentor junior staff and support training initiatives.
• Maintain BIM standards and procedures across projects.
