Job summary

The iFM Facilities Management L.L.C is seeking an MEP Facilities Engineer to oversee operation, maintenance and performance of all MEP systems at the assigned facility in the United Arab Emirates. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 5–8 years of Facilities Management experience.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting Systems, and BMS.
• Experience with CAFM systems and maintenance planning.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation and maintenance of MEP systems (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting & BMS).
• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Supervise technicians and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards and regulatory requirements.
