Job summary

Emirates Panel Company Trading LLC in Dubai seeks an experienced facilities management professional to supervise and optimize MEP operations. You will lead maintenance teams, coordinate contractors, and ensure safety compliance across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and hands-on expertise with BMS/CMMS. A UAE driving license is preferred, with full-time on-site work in Dubai.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering is required.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Experience with BMS and CMMS is preferred.
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and maintain HVAC systems, chillers, pumps, AHUs, FCUs, and ducting.
• Oversee electrical systems including LV panels, DBs, UPS, generators, and lighting.
• Manage plumbing, drainage, firefighting systems, and water pumps.
• Conduct regular inspections, preventive maintenance (PPM), and corrective actions.
• Read and interpret MEP drawings, schematics, and as-built layouts; ensure HSE compliance.
• Lead and coordinate MEP technicians and contractors; provide coaching and feedback.
• Prepare maintenance reports and maintain logs, equipment records, and spare parts inventory.
