Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering required.
• 5-6 years as Technician/Fitter in steel plant.
• 7-8 years in mechanical maintenance of steel plant for Sr. Technician/Mechanic.
• Ability to troubleshoot breakdowns and perform root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Execute scheduled maintenance to optimize production and minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot breakdowns and assist with corrective actions.
• Provide solutions and communicate abnormalities to plan & rectify.
• Inspect equipment to meet engineering and safety standards.
• Assist seniors in mechanical maintenance and coordinate with departments.
• Lead and guide technicians/fitters in maintenance activities.
