A leading integrity and safety company in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to troubleshoot mechanical faults and implement maintenance programs. Qualifications

• Experience in troubleshooting mechanical faults.
• Proficiency in preventive/predictive maintenance programs.
• Knowledge of mechanical standards (API, ASME, ISO).

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot mechanical faults to minimize equipment downtime.
• Implement preventive/predictive maintenance programs (RCM, vibration analysis, thermography).
• Ensure compliance with mechanical standards (API, ASME, ISO).
• Conduct inspections, testing, and equipment performance evaluations.
• Prepare shutdown plans, maintenance schedules, and technical reports.
• Coordinate with operations, electrical, and instrumentation teams.
• Support upgrades, overhauls, and facility modification projects.
• Perform RCA for frequent failures and implement corrective actions.
• Manage mechanical spare parts and vendor coordination.
• Guide and support junior mechanical personnel.
