Job summary

Client of Dynamic Staffing Solutions is seeking a Mechanical Foreman to oversee QA/QC and HSE audits on site, assess sealing surfaces, read isometric drawings, and lead Junior Technicians or Helpers. The role requires organizing materials, planning tasks in advance, and coordinating stores and equipment to meet job requirements.

Responsibilities

• Must be capable of executing QA QC and HSE compliance audits on site procedures and working instructions
• Must be able to make sound assessment of sealing surfaces
• Must be able to read and draw isometric drawings
• Must be able to lead a group of Junior Technicians and or Helpers
• Must have a fairly good knowledge amp understanding of insulation cladding fabrication
• Must be able to understand job tasks and take verbal or written instruction
• Must be able to organize the materials services and equipment for his job
• Must have experience in and be able to plan well in advance
• Plan the sequence of jobs preparation lifting installation welding etc according to the job requirement and available facilities
• Prepare stores requisition obtains approval and arrange for collection
• Receives planned maintenance schedule and job cards from supervisors and arrange for implementation in liaison with operations
• Controls the vessel barge super complex store with first line spare and materials
