Qualifications

• Experience in QA/QC for MEP projects (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection).
• Familiarity with ITPs, method statements, material submittals.
• Knowledge of ASHRAE, SMACNA, NFPA and related standards.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve method statements, ITPs and material submittals for mechanical systems.
• Perform inspections and tests on HVAC, plumbing, drainage and fire protection installations.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
• Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation including inspection reports and test certificates; as-built records.
