Job summary

KBR is seeking a Lead MAC Digitalization Engineer for the ADNOC PMC project based in Abu Dhabi. You will lead the digitalization strategy, oversee SI/OT integration, and drive data analytics and cybersecurity throughout project phases.

You will coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams, validate digital solutions, and ensure governance compliance while achieving safety and performance targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent from an accredited university.
• 18+ years of relevant Oil & Gas or Petrochemical experience.
• Minimum 5 years in GCC region preferred.
• Lead must have at least 3 years of people management experience.
• 5+ years in a similar position for international oil & gas projects.
• Experience dealing with a Main Automation Contractor on complex projects.
• ADNOC Onshore/offshore experience and H2S familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive the project’s digitalization strategy and implementation.
• Provide technical leadership on digital technologies, IIoT, data analytics, and OT/IT systems.
• Coordinate with engineering, construction, operations, IT, OT, and business stakeholders.
• Review and approve digital deliverables, dashboards, data models and digital twins.
• Monitor performance against milestones and KPIs; manage risks and change issues.
• Promote adoption of digital solutions through stakeholder engagement and change management.
