Job summary

KBR is seeking a Lead MAC Digitalization Engineer for the ADNOC PMC project in Abu Dhabi. You will lead digitalization strategy, oversee deployment of IIoT, data analytics, AI-enabled solutions, and OT/IT integration across project phases, ensuring alignment with standards, safety and cybersecurity.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering; 18+ years oil & gas or petrochemical experience.
5+ years GCC experience; 3+ years leading a team of specialists.
5+ years in a similar role on international projects.
Experience with a Main Automation Contractor and interface resolution.
ADNOC Onshore/offshore assets experience; H2S preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and drive digitalization strategy and implementation.
Review digitalization strategy, objectives, and roadmaps.
Coordinate with EPCs, contractors and vendors on digital solutions.
Ensure compliance with cybersecurity and governance frameworks.
Monitor KPIs, manage risks, and drive benefits realization.
