Job summary

Confidential is seeking an Executive Housekeeper to oversee all housekeeping-related operations within a large private estate in Abu Dhabi. The role leads Housekeeping, Laundry, Tailoring, Floristry, and Public Area Attendant teams to maintain impeccable cleanliness, presentation, and garment care with discretion and privacy.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in luxury environments, a relevant hospitality degree, and proven leadership with large multicultural teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
Minimum 7 years in luxury housekeeping operations with leadership experience.
Experience leading Housekeeping, Laundry, Tailoring, Floristry and Public Areas.
High integrity, discretion, and professionalism in confidential settings.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee Housekeeping, Laundry, Tailoring, Floristry, and Public Area Attendant teams.
Manage day-to-day estate housekeeping operations and maintain top standards.
Coach, train, and develop supervisors and staff across departments.
Conduct regular inspections of residences, guest spaces, and back-of-house areas.
Oversee laundry operations including garment care and linen management.
Coordinate tailoring, floristry, and wardrobe care to luxury standards.
Ensure immaculate public areas and guest facilities at all times.
Develop staffing plans, budgets, and SOPs for all housekeeping areas.
Collaborate with Butler, Culinary, Maintenance, Security, and Procurement teams.
Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all interactions with principals and guests.
