Qualifications

Experience in high-end interior fit-out projects in Dubai.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
Strong reading of IFC/shop drawings and MEP interfaces.

Responsibilities

Supervise on-site interior fit-out works for luxury villas, corporate, and hospitality projects.
Coordinate with MEP and architectural teams to ensure seamless integration.
Monitor progress against programme and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and labor.
Ensure compliance with drawings, specs, quality standards and HSE rules.
Prepare and submit IRs, method statements, and weekly progress reports.
