Job summary

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years of construction surveying experience, UAE/Dubai exposure, and proficiency with total stations, levels, theodolites, AutoCAD, and MicroStation. This full-time role requires on-site work in Dubai.

Qualifications

• Diploma or associate degree in Civil Engineering or Land Surveying.
• Minimum 5 years of construction and supervision experience.
• Experience on infrastructure projects involving wet utilities and micro tunneling.
• Recent UAE/Dubai work experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform land surveys, field measurements, and geodetic calculations for infrastructure works.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and engineering teams to confirm surveying requirements.
• Complete survey activities in line with project schedules and priorities.
• Verify setting-out coordinates, alignments, elevations, and construction levels.
• Check existing service locations and protective measures for utilities during construction.
• Maintain control points and benchmarks to ensure survey accuracy.
• Record levels and prepare as-built documentation for project records.
• Assist in checking shop drawings against survey information and prepare as-built drawings.
