Job summary

Parsons Corporation is seeking an experienced Land Surveyor for infrastructure and utilities projects in Dubai. You will supervise survey activities, verify coordinates and levels, manage field records, and support as-built documentation across major infrastructure programs.

The role requires 8+ years of regional experience, proficiency with total stations, GPS, CAD and field surveys, and strong coordination with clients and construction teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma or associate degree in Land Surveying or equivalent technical qualification.
• Minimum 8 years of regional experience on infrastructure and utility projects.
• At least 4 years with an engineering consultancy.
• Proficient with total stations, GPS, data collectors, CAD and specialist survey software.
• Strong ability to interpret engineering drawings and translate design into field controls.
• Clear communication with engineers, contractors, management and site personnel.
• Good written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings, specifications and documents for survey activities.
• Supervise surveying works in infrastructure and utilities construction.
• Perform land surveys, field measurements and geodetic calculations.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors and engineers to establish survey requirements.
• Verify setting-out coordinates, lines, levels and elevations.
• Prepare field sketches and survey information for teams.
• Maintain accurate field books, records and documentation.
• Use CAD and survey software to process field data.
• Assist in producing as-built drawings from verified data.
• Ensure compliance with safety and project procedures.
