Job summary

7 Management in Dubai is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to ensure uninterrupted operation of kitchen and bar equipment across the property. You will troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance to support culinary and operations teams, while upholding safety and hygiene standards.

Requires a Diploma/Technical Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or Refrigeration Engineering and 5+ years of hands-on experience with commercial equipment.

Qualifications

• Diploma/technical certificate in mech, elec or refrigeration engineering.
• 5+ years' experience maintaining commercial kitchen/bar equipment.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with PPM, maintenance scheduling, and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance and Repair of kitchen and bar equipment, including hot, cold, and dishwashing units.
• Address equipment issues promptly to minimize disruption during service.
• Provide technical guidance to junior technicians and supervise maintenance tasks.
• Maintain maintenance logs, service records, and repair histories.
