AECOM in Abu Dhabi is hiring an experienced Principal ITS Engineer to lead the technical delivery of ITS and Traffic Control Systems across the GCC. You will supervise Senior ITS Engineers, CAD/BIM Technicians, and coordinate with authorities and multidisciplinary teams to ensure compliant designs.

The role requires hands-on ITS design expertise, familiarity with Abu Dhabi/Dubai requirements, and a track record of delivering complex ITS projects in the region.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
• 12–15 years of relevant professional experience in ITS and TCS design.
• Experience delivering ITS projects in UAE/GCC.
• Current ITC Abu Dhabi – ITS Approved Engineer / SANAD certification mandatory.
• Experience leading ITS design teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the technical delivery of ITS and TCS design across project stages.
• Guide and supervise ITS engineers and CAD/BIM resources.
• Ensure designs comply with ITC Abu Dhabi ITS standards and UAE codes.
• Coordinate ITS interfaces with Roads, Traffic, Street Lighting and utilities.
• Attend and lead technical meetings with clients and authorities.
