Job summary

ALEC Holdings PJSC, part of ICD, seeks a Lead Application Analyst to optimize Infor LN ERP across manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain within UAE projects. You will lead functional and technical efforts, drive improvements, and ensure governance and change management.

Based in Dubai, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, coordinate with vendors, and deliver robust ERP configurations, integrations, and reports to support strategic initiatives and project success.

Qualifications

• Infor LN experience in manufacturing and logistics domains.
• Strong experience configuring Infor LN ERP modules and reports.
• Minimum 2 implementations completed in Infor LN or similar ERP.
• Deep knowledge of supply chain, manufacturing, service, and warehousing processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior functional and technical support for Infor LN ERP across supply chain, manufacturing, service, and warehousing.
• Configure and optimize Infor LN modules and sessions to align with business processes.
• Troubleshoot Infor LN integrations, BODs, and interfaces with other systems.
• Manage customizations, extensions, and reports with vendors as needed.
• Translate business requirements into functional designs and technical solutions.
• Lead testing, validation, and deployment following change management standards.
• Drive process improvements and system optimizations to boost efficiency and data quality.
• Coordinate with Infor and external partners on support, fixes, and readiness.
• Maintain documentation of configurations and procedures.
• Provide guidance to other analysts and business users as the senior technical reference for Infor LN.
